The TOEFL exam is American equivalent to IELTS – and is recognized worldwide. The results are valid for two years and can be used for employment or enrollment in studies abroad. For many years now, we have had TOEFL preparation courses, taught by experienced tutors who themselves have also been test-takers at some point. We take pride in the fact that all our students achieve desired results at their exams.

TOEFL tests language competences through the assessment of four language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking). The objective level of the test ranges from B2 to C2 (according to the CEFR scale), which means that candidates’ reading, listening and writing skills will be in line with what they could expect if they were to live or study in an English-speaking country. The language in this exam is, therefore, authentic.

The results are scored on a scale from 0 to 120 points. To enroll in a desired study program, it is usually enough to achieve the required number of points, i.e. the total score that the candidate achieves at the exam is taken into account, but bear in mind that certain institutions – in addition to the total score – also require that the candidate achieve a certain number of points at one or more parts of the exam (reading, writing, listening, speaking) to enroll.

Unlike IELTS, TOEFL is an exclusively computer-based/online exam (including the oral part of the exam), and so are the TOEFL preparations at Queen Victoria Education!

From August 1, 2019, numerous innovations were introduced making the experience of taking this exam even better. The exam now lasts shorter, the super-scoring option has been introduced and the registration process itself is made easier.

You can register and pay for the exam only through the official website of the TOEFL organization, and the exam itself can be taken at one of the official test centers worldwide or even at your home!

Queen Victoria Education offers thorough and comprehensive language preparation for this exam.

We advise prospective students and candidates to take exam prep for IELTS very seriously. There are multiple factors that can affect exam preparation, which is why we recommend that you take enough time to raise your general language level, prepare for the exam with an experienced tutor, in addition to independent study, but also – do not forget the psychological preparation for the test itself!

Our language specialists have developed DIAGNOSTIC TESTING – a process that helps us assess, with great precision, the time required for a student to prepare for the exam, as well as recommend a personalized program of IELTS preparation or suggest an ideal group prep package.

If you are interested in individual preparations for TOEFLyou can start whenever you want, classes are held on days/time that suit you best.
